Leaders can make a difference!
This is the title of a storybook written using the Web 2.0 application, Storybird, which makes a very important point. It is imperative that leaders understand their personal impact on those they work for and with. This is the first step in “making a difference” within your organization or community. In this learning module you will learn to differentiate the terms leadership and management, analyze and predict how various leadership styles impact staff effectiveness, discover the impact of lost trust in leadership and analyze the focus of great managers.
